The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) towards the cost of the GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GP-IRDP) and intends to apply a portion of this financing to eligible payments under the Contract for LAND DEVELOPMENT AND PREPARATION FOR UPLAND RICE IN GAYAMA PRODUCTION BASIN IN TWO (2) LOTS.
The Project Coordinator of GRASSFIELD PARTICIPATORY AND INTEGRATED RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (GP-IRDP), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one hundred thousand (100,000) FCFA, payable to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The method of payment will be cash to the Cashier of GP-IRDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder at the same address below upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of tender.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 07/01/2022 at 11:00 a.m. local time (GMT+1). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on the 07/01/2022 as from 12:00 noon local time.
Each bid will be written in English and in four (04) sets, comprising one (01) original and three (03) copies labelled as such. It should be labelled as follows:
