12.Submission of bids

For offline submission, bids written in French or English in eight (08) copies, including one (01) USB flash, one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, will be placed in a sealed envelope, without any indication of the identity of the bidder, and filed with Secretary of Ebone Council, no later than 21 /05/ 2025, at 10: 00 am local time. 

14.Opening of bids

The bids (Administrative documents and the Technical and Financial bids) shall be opened in single phase by the Ebone Internal Tender Board, and shall take place on the 21/05/ 2025; at 11 am 00 local time. This will be done at Ebone Council in the presence of bidders.
