DECIDES

ARTICLE 1: That jobbing order for the construction of ablock of 02 classrooms at GNS Belo in Belo  in Belo sub Division. Boyo
Division, foliowing the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned beiow, as follows:

ARTICLE 2; ETS NEKI AND SONS PCBOX. 5017 BAMENDA 674792989 is requested to report at the Belo Council to sign the draft jobbing order.
ARTICLE 3: Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks' time. After this deadline,
they will be destroyed.
ARTICLE 4; This present order shall be punished and registered where need be.
