In connection with the execution of the project in reference, the General Manager of SNI intends to carry out the works described at the document 2.2 of the present consultation file.

Participation to this consultation is open to all Cameroonian-based enterprises with proven expertise in the domain.

The consultation file can be obtained from publication date of this notice, during working hours at the secretariat of the SNI’s Real Estate Department (door n° 802 SNI building) , PO BOX 423 Yaoundé, Tel. n° : 222 22-44-22 Fax n° 222 23 13 32, e-mail : sni@sni.cm, upon presentation of receipt of payment of a non refundable amount of CFA fifty thousands (50 000) deposited into the special account opened for that purpose by the Public Contracts Regulatory Agency (ARMP) at the International Bank for Savings and Credit (BICEC).

The bids drafted in English or French in seven copies- one original and six copies marked as such and placed in a sealed envelope- should reach the secretariat of the SNI’s Real Estate Department (door n° 802 SNI building), no later than 31 October 2016 at 1 : 00 pm, local time, and should be solely labelled :

Consultation N° 036/DC/SNI/CPM/16 for the monitoring of the SNI building safety control workstation. To be opened only at the tenders opening session.

Bids shall be opened on 31 October 2016 at 2 : 00 pm, local time, by the tender board of the National Investment Corporation (SNI) at the meeting room, door n° 213 SNI building.

Bids must be encoded exclusive of value added taxes (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model tender if the bid is chosen.
