Mindful of Decree No. 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 on the organisation of the Ministry of Public Contracts;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/076 of 8 March 2012 to amend and supplement some provisions of Decree No.
2001/048 of 23 February 2001 to lay down the organisation and functioning of the Public
Contracts Regulatory Agency;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 on the Public Contracts Code;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/461 of 7 August 2018 on the organisation of the Ministry of Public Works;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/002 of 4 January 2019 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of Order No. 00000241/A/MINMAP of 18 July 2018 to create Internal Commissions for the Award of Public Contracts in the Ministry of Public Works;
Mindful of Circular No. 00000242/C/MINFI of 30 December 2020 on instructions relating to the Execution of finance laws, the follow-up and control of the execution of the budget of the State and other Public Entities for the 2021 financial year;
Mindful of The National Open Call for Tenders No. 15/AONO/MINTP/CIPM-TERI/CCCM-TR/2021 of 18/3/2021 in emergency procedure for the execution of maintenance/reinforcement works on the national road No.9: Stretch: Mbalmayo (Inter RN2) - Sangmélima (115km), in the Centre and South regions;
Mindful of Letter No. 004073/L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMTR of 8 September 2021 from the Minister Delegate at the Presidency of the Republic in charge of Public Contracts Code, authorising the cancellation of the above-mentioned Call for Tenders;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article1: The Open National Call for Tenders No. 15/AONO/MINTP/CIPM-TERI/CCCM-TR/2021 of 18/3/2021 in emergency procedure for the execution of maintenance/reinforcement works on the national road No.9: Stretch: Mbalmayo (Inter RN2) - Sangmélima (115km), in the Centre and South Regions, is hereby cancelled.

Article 2: This Decision, which constitutes a release of the provisional bond for all tenderers, shall be registered, published and communicated wherever need be.
