MINDFUL OF: the Open National Invitation to Tender in emergency procedure No 22/ONIT/MINMAP/RDNW/DDMOMO/DTB/20I8 of 20/04/2018, for completion of the construction  of the community hall in EWOH, Momo Division, North-West Region

DECIDES

Article 1: That Jobbing orderfor the completion of the construction of the community hall in EWOH, Momo Division, North-West Region, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise here in mentioned below:

Article 2 :ETS. WERI AND BROS is requested to report at the  Divisional  Delegation of Public Contracts to sign the draft Jobbing order.
Article 3 :Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks time after this deadline, they will be destroyed.

Article 4: This present decision shall be published and registered where need be.
