Each bid written in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by aduly authorized representative and presented in seven (7) copies that is one original and six (06) copies labelled as such. These shall be submitted in one external sealed envelope containing three (3) envelopes that is, Envelope A: Administrative Documents Envelope B= Technical file and Envelope C: Financial file. The sealed external envelope shall bear no on information about the company and shall reach the Private Secretariat of the Senior Divisional Officer or Bu not later than 25/06/2019 at 10am local time and note should be taken that in case of any ambiguisities or differences during opening, only the original shall be considered authentic. The sealed pack (outer envelope) shall bear the following inscriptions:

OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N2 05/ONIT/E26/BDTB/MINESEC/2019 OF THE 22/05/2019, FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS EACH AT GBHS JAKIRI DIVISION AND GBHS KIMBO LOT 2, IN KUMBO SUB DIVISIOIN, BUI DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION. 

(To be opened only during bids opening session)

Bids shall be opened by the divisional Tenders  Board for Bui In a single phase on the 25/06/2019 at 11am local time in The hall provided in the Divisional Office (Prefecture) Kumbo. Only bidders or their authorized representatives having a perfect knowledge of the file may attend the bid opening session. Any bid which shall not comply with the requirements of the tender file shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened and assessed in a single (01) phase of two stages where:

a)      Stage I shall involve: i) Opening and appraisal of validity, authenticity and completeness 11) Opening of envelopes containing technical documents to appraise and evaluate

 NB: Any bids which shall not obtain 80% score in the technical evaluation shall simply be eliminated.

b) Stage 11 Opening of financial file to appraise proposed amount for the project.
