THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY),
- Mindful of the Constitution;
- Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;
- Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2019 modifying the Public Contract Code;
- Mindful of Arête No. 00000226/MINMAP/MINFI of 6th August 2013 fixing sitting fee for the Presidents, members and Secretaries for the award of Public Contracts and also the Presidents, members and Secretaries of specialised commissions for the control of Public Contracts;
- Mindful of Arrete No.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;
- Mindful of Decision no.0000407/CAB/MINMAP of 04/09/2024 appointing the President of the Internal Tender’s Board of CDENO;
- Mindful of Decision No. 063/03Vol.5/CDENO/AD of 29/11/2024 establishing the list of members of the CDENO internal tenders Board;
- Mindful of letter ref: No.055/023V.6/L/MINEPIA/CDENO/AD/CSAF of 08/07/2025 bearing the termination of contract for the supply of livestock vaccines awarded to Forban and Sons Co.Ltd;
- Mindful of Decision no.056/CDENO/AD/2025 of 8/7/2025 terminating contract no.001 for the supply of Livestock vaccines to CDENO awarded to Forban and Sons Co .Ltd ;
- Considering Open National Invitation to Tender No 003/ONIT/CDENO/ITB/2025 of 05/02/2025 for the supply of livestock vaccines to CDENO;
- Mindful of the necessity of service;
DECIDES
ARTICLE 1: That Open National Invitation to Tender No 003/ONIT/CDENO/ITB/2025 of 05/02/2025 for the supply of livestock vaccines to CDENO is hereby relaunched by emergency procedure following the termination of contract no.001 for the supply of Livestock vaccines to CDENO awarded to Forban and Sons Co.Ltd.
ARTICLE 2: That this decision shall be registered and communicated where necessary.
