The state of Cameroon represented by the Mayor of Santa Council, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the RURAL ELECTRIFICATION OF GAHDIWALA QUARTER IN BALIGHAM VILLAGE of SANTA COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION

Participation to this invitation to tender is opened to Cameroonian Companies that have experience in the execution of electrification works

Works for this invitation to tender will be financed by the 2017 PIB resources.

Tender documents can be consulted and obtained at the Office of the Santa Council, on the publication of this tender

The tender files will be obtained on presentation of a payment into the State treasury of a non-refundable sum, representing the cost of acquisition of the tender file which-is Ninety Thousand (90 000) Francs CFA,

When obtaining the tender documents, bidder must gel registered indicating their full address (post office box, tel. N° fax N°, e-mail, etc.).

Bids drafted in English or French in seven (06) copies including one (01) original and five (05) copies marked as such should reach the Mayor of Santa Council not later than 28/02/2017 at 12:00 noon. The must be labelled as follows:

The maximum period for the execution of the present contract is three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N°. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of three hundred and Nine hundred and seventy thousand FCFA (970 000 FCFA) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Only the originals or certified true copies, of not more than three (3) months old, of the required administrative documents must be submitted, otherwise they will be rejected. Bidders should contact the Public Contracts Service of the Santa Council, for further explanations on the required administrative documents, before submitting their bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of the administrative documents, the technical and financial offers will take place on 28/02/17 at 1: PM, local time in the Conference Hall of Santa Council by the Santa Council Internal Tender’s Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice.
