Article 7: CONSULTATION AND ACQUISITION OF TENDER FILE:
Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 209), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe, South West Region Cameroon during working hours (7.30 a.m ta 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 23/2/22 Bidders shall be expected to pay a non-refundable fixed sum of 108,000 FCFA for the Tender to the ARMP Special Account No. 9756866000-1-28 with BICEC.
Article 8: PLACE, DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Complete offers written in either English or French and in SEVEN (7) copies (One Original and SIX Copies) sealeci in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 208), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe on or before the 16/3/22 at 1:00 pm Local time or by Registered mail to Cameroon Development Corporation.
The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Bonds shall have a validity period of 120 days from the date the bids are opened.
Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender and the tender documents
shall be rejected.
Article 10: PLACE, DATE AND TIME FOR OPENING OF BIDS:
The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 16/3/22 at 2:OOpm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed.
Article 11: MAIN ELIMINATION CRITERIA: Bids shall be rejected when:
- Non conformity of an Administrative document 48 hours after bid opening (except the bid bond).
-They do not conform to any of the qualification criteria
-They have Incomplete technical offer/ Financial Offers
-They have falsified documents or false declarations
They do not conform to the technical specifications
