DECIDES

Article 1: That, the Contract to carry out THE CONSTRUCTION AND  EQUIPPING OF FONFUKA COUNCIL REST HOUSE, RESTAURANT AND CANTEEN IN FONFUKA COUNCIL AREA OF THE NORTH WEST REGION. Following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the  enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
