THE PROJECT COORDINATOR

-                      Mindful of the constitution of the Republic of Cameroon;

-                      Mindful of law No. 2018/012 of 11/07/2018 bearing on the Finance Regime of Cameroon;

-                      Mindful of law No. 2018/360 of 20/06/2018 bearing on the public contract Code;

-                      Mindful of the Finance Agreements already signed with IsDB and still to be signed between the Funders (OPEC FUND, BADEA and Kuwait Fund for Arab and Economic Development, SAUDI Fund, Abu Dhabi Fund) and Government of Cameroon for the financing of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP).

-                      Mindful of Decision No. 002/CAB/PM of 05/01/2023 on the Establishment, Organization and Functioning of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP);

-                      Mindful of Decision No. 00022/D/MINADER/CAB of 18 January 2023 appointing the Project Management staff and appointing Mr. Muluh Gregory Nguh as National Coordinator of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP),

-                      Considering the invitation to bid No: ISDB-A-2.3/009/2025/ICB/MC/STB/ RVCDP of 03/04/2025 for Supply of Production And Postharvest Equipment in two (2) Lots.

-                      Considering the No Objection letter Ref. No. RHA/DGCP-15592 of 13/08/2025 from Islamic Development Bank approving the bid evaluation report.

-                      Considering the necessity of service

DECIDES as follows:

-                      Article 1:     The contract following the recommendation of the Special Tender Board of RVCDP for the invitation to bid -       No: ISDB-A-2.3/009/ 2025/ICB/MC/STB/RVCDP of 03/04/2025 For Supply of Production And Postharvest Equipment in two (2) Lots has been awarded as follows:

Article 2:     The Procurement Specialist of RVCDP is charged with the responsibility of informing the concerned

Article 3:     This decision is issued to serve the purpose it deserves
