• Mindful ofthe constitution ofthe Republic of Cameroon;
• Mindful of law No.2007/806 of 26/12/2007 bearing on the finance regime of Cameroon;
• Mindful of the Loan/Grant Agreement No. 2100150030193/2100155026167 dated 16/12/2014 between the African Development Bank and the Government of Cameroon for the financing of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development Project (Grassfield II);
• Mindful of Decision No. 0908/MINADER/CAB of 12*^ September 2013 creating the Project Management Unit of Grassfield II;
• Mindful of Decision No. 0909/MINADEFR/CAB of 12*^ September 2013 appointing the Project Management Staff of Grassfield II and appointing Mr Muluh Gregory Nguh as Project Coordinator of Grassfield II;
• Considering the Project Appraisal Report of GP-IRDP recommending the reinforcement of the existing Project Management Unit of Grassfield II to manage the GP-IRDP
• Considering the Open national invitation of to tender No: 025/2021/NCB/STB/GP-IRDP of 26/08/2021 for land development and preparation for upland rice in Gayama production basin in two(2)lots.
• Considering the IsDB recommendation letter No. RHA/CAMEROON/GP-IRDP/PPR- 10767/2511/2021of 25/11/2021 declining the approval of the evaluation report and award recommendation ofthe Special Tender Board of Grassfield II.
• Considering the necessity of service;

DECIDES as follows:

Article 1: The tendering process following invitation to National Competitive Bidding No:
025/2021/NCB/STB/GP-IRDP of 26/08/2021 for land development and preparation for
upland rice in Gayama production basin in two(2)lots has been cancelled.
The Reasons for cancellation:
The Islamic Development Bank declined approving the Bid Evaluation Report and award recommendations of the Special Tenders Board of GP IRDP for non-compliance to the guidelines.

Article 2:The Contract Award Expert of GP-DERUDEP II is charged with the
responsibility of informing the concerned
