1.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the 2022 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor eLintbe IlCount:il on behalf of the MIMSTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DE VELOPE.MENT hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HEALTH CENTER BOBENDE

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)
  1.               The estimated costs alter preliminary study is 50,000,000 (tiftyMillion) FCFA.
4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2022 financial year; Budget Head N. 56 40 047 06 641931 523316

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)
  1.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from 7:30 am — 3:30 pm, at the Office of the Secretary General Limbe II Council
7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe II Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of 77,000 (Seventy Seven Thousand) FCFA at the Limbe II Municipal Treasury. (7:30am to 3:30pm).

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one original and Six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor's Office Limbe II Cou ncil on 22/04/2022 at 10:OOam local time and labeled.

Envelope A : Administrative Document . Envelope B: Technical Document ; Envelope C : Financial Document.

NB: These three (03) envelopes shah be put in the forth envelope and shah be the only one to have the label mentioned overleaf

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) or Insurance company featuring on the list in Document I I of this tender file of an amount of: 1,000.000 (orle million FCTA,

The Contract shah be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions

15.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a validity period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.

16.Renseignements Complémentaires New(Additif)

Complementary technical information may be obtained from the Ma.ror's Office Limbe II Council; from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 3:30pm.
