Procedure, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LIMBE II MAIN MARKET

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications. (Document

1.  The estimated costs alter preliminary study is 100,000,000     FCTA.

The work is not in lot

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfili the requirements of this invitation to tender

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PublicInvestment Budget of the 2022financial year; Budget Head            56 27 10002 641931 5

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the 7:30 am — 3:30 pm at the Office of the Secretary General in Limbe II Council

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe II Conne!! upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of: 100,000 FCFA at the Limbe II Municipal Treasury. (7:30am to 3:30pm).

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) or Insurance company featuring on the list in Document 11 of this tender file of an amount of: 2,000, 000 (Two

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from Me date Me bids are opened.

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 22/04/2022 at 12.NOON local time by the LIMBE Il Council Internai Tender Board Office, located at the Limbe 11 Council buildimt. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

1.    15.1: ELIMINATORY CRITERIA

Bids shah be rejected when:

1-        There's absence of Bid Bond

2-        There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document

3-        There's absence of quantified unit price

15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:
