The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carricd out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

Bids shall be rejected when:
1- There's absence of any administrative document
2- There% any fake document. False declaration or forged document
15.2: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
The criteria relating to thc qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:
1- Turnover at least: 20 000 000 FCFA
2- Attestation of Solvency from a recognized bank not less than
3- Enterprise's references
4- Methodology
5- Availability of material and essential equipment
6- Experience of supervisory staff
