MINDFUL OF Circular N° 001/C/MINFI of 2th January2018bearing instructions relating to the execution of Finance Laws, the Monitoring and Control of the Execution of the Budget of the State, Administrative Public Establishments, Regional & Local Authorities & other Subsidized Bodies, for the 2018 Financial Year;
MINDFUL OF the Proposal for the Award of Contracts formulated and dated 13th March 2018 received by the Contracting Authority on 23rd March 2018 to which is attached deliberation report arising from the Sub Committee's technical evaluation and analyses of offers of bids opened on the March 2018 and in accordance with
Articles 8 and 9 of the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender;
MINDFUL OF the Letter N° 418/L/PR/MINMAP/DDMAP/MCH of 11th April 2018 requesting for prolongation of deadline of award process by thirty (30) calendar days from date of signature contained in the Authorization mentioned above;
MINDFUL OF the Letter N° 002991/L/MINMAP/SG/DGW1I/DMBEC/CE4 of 8th May 2018 granting prolongation of deadline of award process by thirty (30) calendar days from date of signature;
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: That with effect from the date of signature of this decision, Jobbing Orders of consultations relative to the subject mentioned above are awarded to the Bidders with specifications in the table below;

ARTICLE 2: That the will-be contractor should contact the Contracting Authority Menchum (The
Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts, Menchum) latest Thursday 17th May 2018 for necessary formalities in view of the establishment of the required contracts (Jobbing Orders) otherwise the contract award will automatically be cancelled and further measures taken for the award process to continue.
ARTICLE 3: That this present decision gives an automatic release of the bids (Bid Bond/Bid Security/caution reference inclusive) of the unsuccessful bidders exception of copies of the bids destined for the Regulatory Organ. The unsuccessful bidders have maximum fifteen (15) days to withdraw their bids otherwise they will be destroyed without further information.
ARTICLE 4: That this present decision shall be registered and published whenever andwherever necessary.
