Within the framework of the 2022 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Mayor Tiko Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE ROAD STRETCH FROM TOMATOES MARKET THROUGH QUARTER RUBBER TO OSBICOL COLLEGE.

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications as follows;

SERIE 000: SITE INSTALLATIONS SERIE 100: CLEANING AND EARTH WORKS

SERIE 300: DRAINAGE

SERIE 400: ENGINEERING STRUCTURES

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 27 000 000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET of the Ministry of Public Works for the 2022 financial year, Budgetary Head: 56 36 12601641932 523511 861

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 540 000 representing 2% of the project amount] and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity
