Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2022, the Mayor of the Buea Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender by emergency
procedure for the REHABILITATION BY CONCRETING OF THE EWONDA — BOVA HILL
FINANCING: PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET 2022
The works comprise the following:
- Cleaning,
- Grading and leveling of road platform
Fill from borrow pit,
Compaction of road platform
Concreting of road
Construction of gutters Cleaning of structures
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Twenty-seven million (27 000 000) FCFA all taxes inclusive
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or Company that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender, shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2022 financial year, budget head

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be as follows: Three (03) months
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first‑
rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of Nine hundred thousand (900,000) Francs CFA and valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

"To be opened only during the bid opening session".
The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 04/05/2022 at 2:30 am local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting Authority in Buea Council Office, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
+ Non-conformity of an administrative file 48h after the deadline prescribed by the regulation;
- Execution time greater than that prescribed in the Tender that is 3 months
- False statement or Falsified documents in the Tender Files;
- Omission in the financial offer of a quantified unit price
+ Presence on MINMAP's list of Enterprises which abandoned the execution of contracts;
+ Technical marks less than 70%
