Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2022, the Mayor idenau, Contracting Authority, hereby launches anOpen Nationallnvitation to tenderfor the CONSTRUCTION OF 3 BOREHOLES WITH AN OVERHEAD TANK IN BAKINGILI.
The works that are subject of the present tender consist of:
- Preliminary works;
- Drilling works;
Design-Cleaning and Development-Pumping test;
- Superstructure and solar pump installation; Maintenance System.
The total estimated cost for this boreholes after preliminary studies stands at40 590 000FCFA
Participation in this OpenNational Invitation to Tender is opened to all thecompanies within the National Territory:

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marke should reach, the General Secretariat of the Idenau Councilagainst a receipt not later than -05/05/2022 at9.00 a.m., local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shall be labelled as

The bids shall e op ed in a single phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on, the 05/05/2022 at 10.00 a.m., local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting Authority in the IdenauCounci Conference Hall, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
i. Eliminatory criteria They are especially:
- Absence of bid bond, or an administrative document,
- False declaration or forged document,
- A technical score of less than 70%,
¨ Non-respect of 2 essential criteria,
¨ Absence of quantified unit price,
The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial bid having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
