Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2022, the Mayor Idenau, Contracting Authority, hereby launches anOpen Nationalinvitation to tenderfor the CONSTRUCTION OF 3 BOREHOLES WITH AN OVERHEAD TANK IN IDENAU.

The works that are subject of the present tender consist of: Preliminary works;

Drilling works;

Design-Cleaning and Development-Pumping test; Superstructure and solar pump installation; Maintenance System.

The total estimated cost for this boreholes after preliminary studies stands at40 590 000FCFA

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours (7:30am to 3:30pm) as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the General Secretariat,Idenau Council.

The file may be obtained from the same address above as soon as this notice is published against payment of the- sum of 60 000 francs CFAfor boreholes with tank, solar energy and stand taps payable at the Municipal treasury of ldenau Council.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies mark,

d as s_iuch, should reach, the General Secretariat of the IdenauCouncilagainst a receipt not later than- 05/05/2022 at 9.00 a.m., local time in three (03) distinct envelopes which shall be labelled as follows:

Envelop A : Administrative bid;(spiral bound), Envelop B : Technical bid;(spiral bound), Envelop C : Financial bid.(spiral bound).

These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth one which shall be sealed and labelled imperatively as follows:

The maximum execution deadline of the work shall be 03 (Three) months from the date of issue of Service Order for the commencement of works.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security worth 2% of the project amount (812 000 FCFA). Each bid must have a validity of 90 days with effect from the date of bids opening. The bid security must be issued by a renowned banking or insurance institution approved by the Ministry of Finance.

Administrative documents must be less than three months old and must not be signed after the date of submission of bids. Only originals or copies certified by competent authorities of administrative documents required must imperatively be produced. Bids which fail to comply with this requirement will be rejected

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial bid having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission
