Within the framework of the execution of the Public Contract for the 2022 budgetary year, the Mayor of DIR Council, the Contracting Authority, hereby launches in emergency procedure, an Open National Invitation to tender for the CONSTRUCTION OF A CLASSROOM AT THE COMMUNITY PRESCHOOL CENTER OF MBELLA DIR COUNCIL, MBERE DIVISION, ADAMAWA REGION.

The services of this contract include

LOT 500 Frame - Cover
LOT600 Metalwork
LOT 700 Electricity
LOT 800 Painting
LOT 900 RVN

The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stands is: Eight Million (8 000 000 CFA)

The Works shall be tendered for in one lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender shall be open on equal conditions to qualified contractors based in Cameroon, who have the financial and technical means to carry out the above described project.

Works under this tender shall be financed by the Budget of the Public Investment Budget 2022.

The file may be consulted during working hours at the DIR council as soon as this notice is published.

The tender documents may be obtained at the DIR council, Contract cell, telephone 672 20 35 55 as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of the receipt of payment into the DIR Council Treasury of a non-refundable fee of Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred (14 800) FCFA. The said receipt must identify the payer as representing a contractor.

Drafted in English or French and in centuplicate, including one original and six (06) copies labelled as such, tenders shall be submitted in a seal envelope and against a receipt at Public DIR council secretary, telephone (672 20 35 65) not later than the 26/04/2022 at 11 o'clock. The overall execution timeframe provided by the Project Owner shall be four (04) months from the date of notification of the Notice to Proceed.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of One Hundred and Sixty Thousand (160,000) CFA Francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the offers.
