The service consists in the acqui tion of pedagogic material in NASLA in four sections:
Section A: Acquisition of classrooms rnitures
Section B: Acquisition of furtitures fo .ffices and common spaces Section C: Acquisition of IT and Inte ctive Equipment
Section D: Acquisition of recreation tures
The total estimated cost the project after preliminary studies is two hundred million (200 000 000) FCFA.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical and financial capacities

soon as this notice is publish and upon presentation of a non-refundable receipt bearing the amount of one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) CFA payable at the ARMP Account No 335 98800001.89 AT BICEC in the name of CASARMP.
Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the biddl- or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies ma ked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Adillinistrative file, B: Tech ical file, C: Financial file). The sealed pack shall bear no information on the enterprise, and should reach the Service of cc ntracts latest the 19/04/2022 at 10:00 am local time and should carry the inscription:

The deadline provided by Project Owner for the acquisition of material for classrooms is three (03) months.
