THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR BOREHOLES WITH MANUAL PUMPS IN SOME MUNICIPALITIES IN MANYU DIVISION OF THE SOUTH WEST REGION

The works that are subject of the present tender consist (f:

-  Preliminary works; Drilling works; Design-Cleaning and Development-Pumping test;

-  Superstructure and hand pump installation; Maintenance System.

The total estimated cost of all the boreholes after prelimirli ry studies is thirty six million francs (36,000,000) FCFA.

Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Regional Assembly 2022 Investment Budget. With budget hea Is record numbers and imputation shown below:

The maximum execution deadline of the work shall be 04 (four) months from the date of issue of Service Order for the commencement of work. .

Each bidder must include in its administrative documents, a bi 1 bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the Tender File, and of an amount of one hundred and eighty thousand (180,000) for LOT (1 & 3) and 360 000 for LOT 2 CFAF, which shall be vali, for Thirty (30) days after the date of validity of the bids

The offers shall be opened in a single phase. The administrati re, technical and financial bids shall be opened on, the 13/05/2022 at 11.00 a.m., local time by t le South West Regional Assembly Internal Tender's Board in the conference hall. In the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorr ley).

¨       A technical score of less than 70%,

¨       Absence of quantified unit price,

• General Presentation, compliance with t le model bid.
• Methodological approach and relevance of proposed solutions;
• References of the bidder (experience of at least three (03) years in similar works)(attach proof)
• Availability of material and essential equ pment
• - Experience of key supervisory staff (at east Civil or Rural Engineer or equivalence with three (03) years of exp:rience).
• Turnover, Financial capacity, Access to credit or other financial sources

• Deadline of execution.

The jobbing order shall be awarded to the bidder wh( )se bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lower t bid and technically qualified, in accordance with article 99(a) of the public jobbing order! code. Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from th deadline set for the submission of bids.
