• Mindful of Decree N° 2004/275 of 24th September 2004 on the Public Contract Code;

• Mindful of Circular N°.001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public contracts:

• Mindful of Arrete N0.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;

• Mindful of Decision n° 00000119/D/MINMAP/SG/DAJ of 18/02/2016 appointing members of CDENO Internal Tenders Board:

• Considering N° 00107L/PR/MINMAP/SG/DGMAS/DMAG/CE}-CE10/CE\4 of I9/02/2018 for the supply of Livestock Vaccines to the North West Livestock Development Fund (CDENO):

DECIDES

ARTICLE I: That the jobbing order relating to Mutual agreement following authorization N° 001067L./PR/M1NMAP/SG'DGMAS/DMAG/CE1-CE10/CEA4 of 19/02/2018 signed by the Minister of Public Contracts for the supply of Livestock Vaccines to the North West Livestock Development Fund (CDENO). has been awarded to the enterprise herein below as follows
