• Mindful of Circular N°.001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public contracts:

• Mindful of Arrete N0.00002/MINEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;

• Mindful of Decision n° 00000119/D/MINMAP/SG/DAJ of 18/02/2016 appointing members of CDENO Internal Tenders Board:

• Considering Tender N°.004/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2018 of 11/06/2018 forthe construction of ten cattle drinking water points in some localities of the North West Region LOT 1:
  

DECIDES

ARTICLE I: That the contract to carryout the construction of ten cattle drinking water points in somelocalities of  the North West Region LOT 1 following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein be ow as follows:
