Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 202: the Mayor of LIMBE III Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National In itation to tender for the completion of works at the reception facility with modem toilets at Bimbia 31ave Trade Site
The works comprise the following:
Drawing of elaborated plan showing all the views at cale 1/50
Clearing of site
Masonry elevation
Carpentry and joinery including ceiling and roofing
Metal works
Electricity installation
Plumbing and Sanitation including septic tank and so Lkaway pit
Painting on internal external walls
Drainage - external concrete gutters round the buildir -; and pavement bricks around structure in surface
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Ten million f ancs, (10,000,000) FCFA all taxes inclusive for each of the lots.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian :'iterprises or Company that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender f r both lots I and Il, shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2022 financial year, budget lead

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies i icluding one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of LIMBE III Council not later than 05/05/2022, at 10AM and should cam the inscription:

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance nd whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of Two hundred thousand (200,000) Francs CFA N. alid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Any bid not meeting with the requirements of the Tende File will be declared inadmissible.

Non-conformity of an administrative file 48h after the de idline prescribed by the regulation;
Execution time greater than that prescribed in the Tender that is 3 months

The evaluation of the technical offers will be made according o the binary notation (Yes/No) on the basis of the essential points above in accordance with the RP; 0, with a threshold of 70% for all the essential criteria taken into account.
