Within the framework of the Execution of the 2022 investment budget of the South West Regional Assembly, the President of the South West Regional Executive Council hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER THE

FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 25 SOL k R STREET LIGHTS IN ISANGELE BAKASSI, BATEKA/ORON 'AMOTO
The works comprise the supply and installation of 25 SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN ISANGELE BAKASSI, BATEKA/ORON/AMOTO
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Forty Four k illion Six Hundred Thousand (44 600 000) francs CFA all taxes inclusive.
Participation is opened to all duly registered C )meroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capacities who are n )t under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts
Works which formed the subject of this invitation to ten( er shall be financed by the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGE T, 2022 financial year through budget head (imputation) N°220150

Such a receipt shall identify the concerned bidder.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) ( opies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council first floor of Regional Assembly 3uilding against a receipt not later than 23/05/2022 at 10.00 a.m., local time in three (03) disti ict envelopes which shall be labelled as follows:
- Envelop A administrative documents:(spiral bound VI, th all pages numbered),
- Envelop B : technical offer;(spiral bound with all page: numbered),
- Envelop C: financial offer. (Spiral bound with all page. numbered).
These three (03) envelops will be put in a fourth o e which shall be sealed and labelled imperatively as follows:

Each bidder must include in his administrative docum, nts, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in cha ge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the Tender File and Each bid s all be accompanied by a bid security worth of (892,000 FCFA) 2% of the project amount whic is valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The criteria (assessed in a binary format) relating to the c Jalification of bidders shall indicatively be on the following:
- Experience of the enterprise (enterprise's references resentation of offer in electrification works);
- Key personnel/staff to be mobilised;
- Methodological note/organisation of the work site;
- Equipment put at de disposal of the project;
- Financial capacity. (30 000 000)
- Execution deadline
The jobbing order shall be awarded to the bidder w lose bid is in conformity with the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the la /est bid and technically qualified, in accordance with article 99(a) of the public contract code. That is, it shall be awarded to the bidder with a satisfactory technical score and th, lowest financial offer
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 ck ys from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
