This project shall be financed by CDENO budget for 2022, chap 22:20:00

The tender can be obtained upon presentation of a receipt showing payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty eight thousand eight (58,000) FCFA pavable at ARMP account no. 100010686097568660001-28 of BiCEC Bank. The original copy of this receipt shall be included in the bidder's documents.
Bids in French or English shall be submitted in Seven (7) bound copies ie one (1) stamped original and Six (6) copies marked thus” at CDENO, Service of Administration and Finance, PO Box 399, Tel. No. 233 36 10 17 / 233 362 252 on or before the 27/04/2022 at 11.00 AM in a single envelope comprising the administrative, technical and financial Documents upon the issue of an acknowledgment receipt. The Envelop shall be addressed as follows:
The maximum deadline for the delivery of the supplies forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Two (02) months
Each bidder must attach to his/her administrative documents an attestation of guarantee deposit of Five hundred and Eighty thousand (580,000) FCFA with all taxes inclusive made by a bank approved by the ministry of Finance. This attestation, which must be an original, should not be more than three(3)months old.
Subject to being rejected, documents in the administrative file
must include only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or competent administrative authorities in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender.
These documents must be less than three(3) months old from the date of opening of bid except for CNPS clearance certificate whose validity may be less than 3 months.

Only bids that score above 70% yes criteria on the technical tender shall have their financial tender evaluated
The contracting authority shall award the contract to the bidder whose bid is judged to conform to the essentials of the tender specification, and who has submitted the most coherent bid and the lowest bidder. But inconsistent and unrealistic offers will not be accepted
The bidders shall remain committed to their bid for 60 days from the dateline of the submission of bids.
