The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the,24/05 /2022 at 11 am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the Kumba 11 council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
A bid shall be rejected if:

The technical score is less than the minimum required
