CONSIDERING: OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE No 033/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2018 OF 07/06/2018 FOR THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF MAINTENANCE WORKS OFSOME COUNCIL ROADS FROM WUM - MBINJAM - BAFMENG • CHAH (30KM), BAFMENG • ISE (11KM), MODELLE - OKOROMANJANG - MBAMBA (20KM), OKOROMANJONG - BATOMO (20KM) IN MENCHUM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION

DECIDES

Article 1 That, the Jobbing Order to carry out the control and supervision of maintenance works of some council roads from Wum - Mbinjam - Bafmeng • Chah (30km), Bafmeng - Ise (11km), Modelle - Okoromanjang Mbamba (20km), Okoromanjong • Batomo (20km) in Menchum Division of the North West Region following Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure N° 033/ONIT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/201B of 07/06/2018 is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below as follows:
