The works comprise the outcom of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical speciti tions. (Document V)

The estimated cost after preli nary studies is One hundred and fifty Million (150,000,000) FCFA distributed as follows

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprisc, that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public investment Budget MINT!' ROADS FUND 2022-2023 fi iancial year

Interested eligible bidders may consult the tender file duri ig working hours 7.30 am-3.30 pm as from the date of 21/04/2022, at the Limbe I Council

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limb( I Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable urn of: 80,000 FCFA at the Limbe I Municipal Treasury. (7:30am to 3:30pm)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies includin one original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor's Office Limbe I Council Dn 17/05/2022 at 10:00am local time and labeled.

- The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder  fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a valid' y period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
