HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1 This present Additional Clause has as objection the Postponement of the Opening Date of Open National Invitation to Tender files No. 014 & 015/ONIT/SC/SClTB/ 02nd JULY 2019 for THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISTIC SITE PAH-NGOH in Baligham and TOURISTICE SITE SHUM LAKA in MBU Village all IN SANTA SUB DIVKION, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION.  Due to the Recomendation from ARMPNW via rate letter N° 00119/L/ARMP/NW/CCR/CSPE/Aa/19 as a result of Tender in Possession of this Tender file should repeat at the Publication to this NOTE to the Mayor's Secretariat at Santa Council for Further information. ARTICLE 3.That the submission/opening Times remain unchanged. ARTICLE 4 That this present Addittonal Clause is issued to serve whenever and wherever need arises
