Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2022, the MAYOR OF MENJI COUNCIL, Delegated Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (Emergency Procedure) For THE REHABILITATION OF NJOAGWI WATER PROJECT

The works subject of this invitation to tender shall require THE REHABILITATION OF NJOAGWI WATER PROJECT The works and service required are found in the detail description mentioned in the respective bills of quantities and cost estimates

The estimated cost of the operations (tasks) for the works stands as specified in the table below:-

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation

to tender.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Invest Budget of the 2022 financial year; Budget Head 56 32 138 01 641917 524113

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 07/06/2022 at 11 am in the Conferen Menji Council by the competent tender board. Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has the file

• lack bid security
• Non conformity of administrative documents 48hrs after opening of bids
• Absence of unit prices
• Falsified or fraudulent documents + Technical score less than 70%

14.        MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

+            General Presentation in conformity with the models of this bid

+            Done projects Totalling 80 million FCFA during the past 3 years

+            Access to credit or other financial sources

+            Has done similar job before

+            Availability of material and essential equipment

+            supervisory staff with at least 3-5 years experience in construction of drinking water supply Networks The non-respect of any of the above criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening
