The maximum delay of execution of work is three (03) months.

Under pain of outright rejection of the offer, administrative documents must be dated no more than three months valid at the time of opening of tenders or so established after the date of publication of the invitation for Offers. They must also respect the models of this Tender Dossier,

Any incomplete tender in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Application will be declared inadmissible. Including the lack of an administrative document.

The opening of the offer documents containing the administrative, technical and financial will be in one time it will take place on 07/03/2017 at 12 o'clock 00 minutes. 14.1 Criteria playoffs

The qualifying criteria set out the minimum requirements for admission to the following essential criteria evaluation. Failure to comply with these criteria lead to rejection of the tender.

• False declaration or forged ,

• Bidder who obtained less than 70% "yes" to ail the qualifying criteria

• Absence in the estimated retail price of a unit quantified in DAO.

• 14.2 Essential criteria

-The essential criteria are those so-called primary key or to judge the technical and financial capacity of the candidates to perform the Work, subject of the Listing Application.

The Contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the technical and administrative capacity and whose financial offer will be the lowest evaluated bidder.
