Within the framework of the Execution of the 2022 investment budget of the South West Regional Assembly, the President of the South West Regional Executive Council hereby launches an open national invitation to tender FOR THE RENOVATION OF ROOF OF BLOCK "A" BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WALKWAY LINKING BLOCK "A" AND BLOCK "B", AT THE DISTRICT HOSPITAL MUNDEMBA-NDIAN DIVISION
The works comprise notably the Renovation of Roof of Block "A" Building and Construction of "A" Walk-Way Linking Block "A" And Block "B", at the District Hospital Mundemba-Ndian Division. This involves the realization of the tasks outlined in the bills of quantities and cost estimates and elaborated in the special technical clauses: The works comprise notably:
Roof maintenance
- Preparatory works including site installations;
- Earth works;
- Foundation works;
- Elevation works ; Electricity works;
- Painting works;
The estimated cost after preliminary studies stands at Thirty million (30 000 000) FCFA all taxes inclusive.
Participation is opened under the same conditions to all Cameroonian Companies and business concerns that have proven experiences in the field of building construction and civil engineering in general and who are not in a Period of suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts
Works which formed the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, 2022 financial year through budget head (imputation) N°. 220150
The tender file may be consulted during working hours at the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, first floor of Regional Assembly Building, Buea.
The tender file may be acquired from the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, first floor of Regional Assembly Building, Buea, upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt (payable at the South West Regional Assembly Treasury) of the sum of forty thousand (40 000 fcfa). Such a receipt shall identify the concerned bidder.
Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical file, C: Financial file). The maximum duration of execution provided for by the Delegated Contracting Authority shall be Three (03) months, as from the date of notification of the service order to start work.
Bid bonds for unsuccessful bidders shall be withdrawn not later than fifteen (15) days after the award of the contract and those of successful bidder shall be retained until the required performance guarantee for good execution is provided.

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on the 29/0612022 at 11a.m prompt local time by the South West Regional Assembly Internal Tender's Board in the conference hall.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice, who has a full knowledge of the file and mandated in that capacity.
- Absence of the Bid bond in the administrative file;
- Non satisfaction of at least 75% of the main qualification criteria
14.2. Main qualification criteria: The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be on the following:
- Financial situation
- Experience of the enterprise
- Personnel to be mobilized
- Equipment put at the disposal of the project.
- Methodology/organization of the site
The jobbing order shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in conformity to the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technical quality, in accordance with article 99(a) of the public contracts code.
The bidders shall remain committed to their offers during a period of (ninety) 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids
Complementary technical information may be obtained every day during working hours from the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, first floor of Regional Assembly Building, Buea
