I have the honour to request you to postpone the Tender Board sitting initially scheduled for 2^nd August 2017 at 11 am. The said session should hold on Wednesday 16th August 2017 at the same time and place.

The postponement is due to the charged work initie Council, planning of the visit of the Senior Divisional Officer which falls within the same time and the Tombel Council session work.
