DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY),

- Mindful of the Constitution;
- Mindful of Decree No.317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;
- Mindful of Decree N°.2012/075 of 8th March 2012 creating, organising and functioning of the Tenders Board of Public Contracts;
- Mindful of Decree N°.2004/275 of 24th September 2004 on the Public Contract Code;
- Mindful of Circular N°.001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 in relation to the award and control of Public contracts;
- Mindful of Arrete No.00002/M1NEPIA of 17/01/2014 appointing Mr. Mbah Shupong Michael as the Administrative Director of CDENO;
- Mindful of Decision n° 0000119/D/MINMAP/SG/DAJ of 18/02/2016 appointing members of CDENO Internal Tenders Board;
- Considering Open National Invitation to Tender N° 007/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2018 of 02/07/2018 for for the acquisition of Tractor accessories (Baler and Cutter);

DECIDES

ARTICLE 1:That the contract to supply Tractor accessories (Baler and Cutter) to CDENO, following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein below as follows:
