THE GOVERNOR OF THE SOUTH WEST REGION GRAND OFFICER OF THE ORDER OF VALOUR
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree N° 2011/408 of 9th December 2011 to organize the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree N° 2018/190 of 2nd March 2018;
Mindful of Decree N° 2008/376 of 12th November 2008 to lay down the Administrative organization of the Republic of Cameroon;
Mindful of Decree N° 2008/377 of 12th November 2008 to lay down the prerogatives and duties of
Heads of Administrative Units and the Organization and functioning of their Services; Mindful of Decree N° 2018/366 of 20th June 2018 instituting the Public Contracts Code;
Mindful of Decree N° 2012/209 of 14th March 2012 appointing Mr. Bernard OKALIA BILAÏ, Senior Administrative Officer, Governor of the South-West Region;
Mindful of Order N° 0203/A/MINMAP of 3'd July setting up Regional Tenders Boards;
Mindful of Circular N° 004/412 of 3'd July 2018 laying down transitional measures to be implemented following the signing and Publication of Decree N° 2018/366 of 20th June 2018 instituting the Public Contracts Code;
Considering the Open National Invitation to Tender N° 026/ONIT/PR/MINMAP/SWRD/MINEPAT RDSWR/SWRTB/2018 OF 19TH JUNE 2018 FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK (MV AND LV MONO OVERHEAD LINE) FROM MENJI TO MAMBOH IN FONTEM SUB-DIVISION, LEBIALEM DIVISON, SOUTH-WEST REGION.
Considering Award proposal N° 019/AP/MINMAP/SWRTB/SEC/18 and Report N° 047/2018 of minutes of the South West Regional Tenders Board (SWRTB) of 26th July 2018. Considering the necessity of Service;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1:That the Jobbing Order for the reconstruction of the electrical network (MV and LV Mono overhead line) from MENJI to MAMBOH in FONTEM Sub-Division, LEBIALEM Division, South-West Region following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the Enterprise mentioned here-below:

 Article 2: That the Delegated Project Owner — the Regional Delegate for the Economy, Planning and Regional Development shall ensure the implementation of this Decision

Article 3: That this Decision shall be registered and published where need be./ -
