Considering the attacks, burnings, kidnappings and killing orchestrated by unidentified gunmen in Nkon village, in particular, and Mengom area in Andek Municipality in general over the past few days;
Mindful ofthe request of the beneficiary population of Nkon,and the people of Mengom for the award procedure to be discontinued because it cannot be executed under the present circumstances
Considering the need for the budgetary allocation devolved lor this purpose to be appropriately consumed and on time:
Mindful of the provisions ofarticle 102 of Law No 2018/366 of20“^ June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code.
Mindful of the opinion ofthe Regional Agency for Public Contract Regulatory Agency.

Decides as follows

Article 1. The AWARD PROCEDURE FOR THE OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER, By EMERGENCY PROCEDURE No_03 /ONIT/MINDDEVEL/RDNW/DDMOMO/NGIE ITB/2022 for the
Construction ofthe Nkon Integrated Health Centre worth 50 000 000FCFA has been cancelled.
Article 2.The bidders are requested to w ithdraw their tender files within 5 working days from the Andek Council Office in Ngie Sub Division.
Article 3;1 he Secretary(icneral ol the Andek Council is charged with the strict implementation of this decision which shall be communicated to ARMP, MINMAP, the President, Internal Tender
Board/Andek Council,the Bidders concerned and shall be inserted in the Public Contracts Logbook of ARMP and posted on the Council Notice Board.
