the award and control of Public Contracts

MINDFUL OF: the Decree N° 2011/412 of 09 December 2011

reorganising the Presidency of the Republic;

MINDFUL OF: Restricted consultation to tender N° 029/RCT/RDMINMAP/NWRTB/2016 after authorization N° 0000961/L/PRC/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMTR/CE3/EECA of the 15/02/20156 for a mutual agreement for the construction of the Regional Delegation Of Secondary Education for the North West (phase 11).

DECIDES

Article 1: That Jobbing Order to carry out the construction of the

Regional Delegation of Secondary Education for the North West (phase 11) following the invitation to tender mentioned above is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below as follows:

Article 2: This article shall be registered and published where ever

need be.
