The participation in the present call for tenders is equally opened by conditions to all the Companies of Cameroonian right (law) and having skills in the field of buildings and public works
Each candidate must tender for one Lot only.
The works objects of the present call for tenders, is financed by the Public Investment Budget year 2017.

Each offers written in French or in English and seven (07) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, under sealed and stamped without indicating the identity of the bidder fold, under penalty of rejection shall be received by the Particular secretariat of the Mayor of Babadjou council 03/03/2017 to 11:00 minute accurate local time and will be marked:

The maximum execution time specified by the Client for the performance of work is three (03) months per batch.
Each bidder must provide a certificate of provisional guarantee, valid for thirty (30) thirty days beyond the original expiry date of the tender and will be established by a bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance is listed in Annex. The amount of the security shown in the table above
Under penalty of outright rejection of the offer, administrative documents must be dated within three months, and valid at the time of opening of bids, or when established after the date of publication of the Invitation for Offers. They must also respect the models in this Folder bidding.

The Contracting Authority during the contract award and before signing the contract by the contractor proposed by the Committee on Procurement reserves the right to Increase or decrease the amount of certain tasks or services originality specified in the Bill of Quantifies, without any change in unit price or other terms and conditions, The combination of this amendment shall not exceed 20% of the proposed amount incl.
Additive to the appeal of offers
The Mayor of Babadjou council, reserves the right, in case of necessity of bringing any other later modification useful for the present call for tenders.
