Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are experienced in the Supply and Installation of a Weather Station which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The maximum deadline provided for the supplv and installation of the Varions items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 02. (Tm^-0) months. The item shah' be delivered and installed at the SOWEDA Seed Multiplication Centres in Nyan/Nkikoh (kupe-Muanenguba Division). By Emergency Procedure.

Each bidder shall include in Meir administrative-documents a bid securit\ (in conformity with the model -given in the - annex.) amountin2 FCFA 200,000 (two hundred thousand francs).
The bid security must be issued by a bankinu or insurance institution approved by the Ministry of Finance (see list in the annex)

These documents must be less than three (3) months old or established after the signing of the tender notice.
