In the setting of the modernization of his Computer Services, the General Manager of the ARMP considers the acquirement of the software below to increase the security and the efficiency of his interventions:

• the antivirus licenses;
• the Microsoft licenses (Windows office and Project);and
• other software (confer descriptive of the technical specifications).

The involvement to this consultation is open to all beneficiaries of right Cameroonian installed in Cameroon and justifying the technical and financial capacities allowing them to achieve the benefits object of the present consultation.

To this consideration, the tenderers should provide:

-The attestation for relative submissiveness to the present consultation signed by the administration of the National Case of Social Providence;

-The attestation of non-Exclusion of the public Markets delivered by the Agency of Regulatory of the Contracts Markets (ARMP);

-The attestation of non-royalties delivered by the fiscal administration;

-The receipt of remittance of the expenses of purchase of the consultation file in the account titled Account of Special affectation CASE-ARMP opened in the Agency BICECS: Central Agency of Yaoundé, Limbe, Dschang, Garoua, Douala-Bonanjo, Ebolowa, Bamenda, Maroua, Buea, Bafoussam, Ngaoundéré, Bertoua.;

-The attestation of non-bankruptcy delivered by the competent Court.

NB:All these pieces should be authentic and should date of less·than three months.

The supplies object of the present consultation are financed by the ARMP budget, exercise 2016.

The file of consultation can be consulted and retired since diffusion of the present opinion to the Contracts Unit suited at (4^th) floor door N°6 039 of the building seat of the ARMP in Mballa II Yaounde against presentation of a receipt of remittance of a non-repayable sum of Fifty thousand (50 000) CFA Francs in the account titled" Account of Special affectation CASE-ARMP" opened in the Agency BICECS: Central Agency of Yaounde, Limbe, Dschang, Garoua, Douala-Bonanjo, Ebolowa, Bamenda, Maroua, Buea, Bafoussam, Ngaoundéré, Bertoua.

"Opinion of consultation for a demand of quotation n°002/DC/ARMP/CIPM/16 of 24 juin 2016 relative to the acquirement of software to the ARMP. 

''To open only in session of spoliation"

The delivery time will be of twenty (20) days after notification of the order of service to deliver supplies in the seat of the ARMP to Yaoundé.

The offers should be accompanied with a guaranty of submissiveness of an amount of Three hundred thousand (300 000) CFA Francs. This guarantee should be delivered by a banking establishment or a financial organism accepts by the Minister in charge of Ministry of Finance in accordance with the regulation in force. She/it will stay valid until the thirtieth (30^éme) included day beyond the delay of validity of the offers.

The opening of the offers will be done to the building seat of the ARMP the 18 July 2016 at 11 o'clock a.m., local hour, by the Internal Commission of Transfer of the Markets sitting in presence of the tenderers or their representatives duly mandated and having a perfect knowledge of the file.

The Internal Commission of Transfer of Markets will propose the assignment of the letter­ order to the Beneficiary of which it will have determined that the offer is compilant for the essential to arrangements of the Consultation File, and that it is the less-saying.

The tenderers remain committed by their offers during one period of thirty (30) days from the date of deposit of these last.
