ADDENDUM NO 02/ONIT/BCITB/BC/2019 RELATING TO THE RE EXTENSION OF THE BID OPENING SESSION IN RELATION TO OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER [RE-LAUCHED] NO OOl/ONIT/MINDEVVEL/BC/BCITB OF 21/06/2019, FOF THE TRANING/CAPACITY BUILDING OF LOCAL ACTORS ON INSTITUTIONALPREPAREDNESS IN EMMERGENCY HUMANITARIAN RESPONSE IN DISASTER MANAGEMENT
I have the honor to inform the general public and bidders who tendered for the aforementioned project in my municipality that the dateline for the opening of bids that was initially scheduled for Wednesday , the 7th of August 2019 at 10.am has been re-scheduled for Friday the 30th of August 2019 at 10. am prompt, All other provisions remain unchanged.I hereby regret the inconveniences that this extension might cause you.

Au lieu de ... The bids shall be opened in two phases. The opening of the administrative file and the technical bid shall first take place followed by the opening of the financial bids of bidders who obtained the required minimum technical score. The opening of administrative documents and the technical bids on 23/07/2019 at 11 am local time at the BABESSI CONFERENCE hall situated at the council premises Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person. The opening of the financial bids shall take place at the end of the technical analysis and shall only concern bidders who obtained the minimum required score of 75% for Old enterprises and 60% for new enterprises |
