The Regional Delegate of Energy and Water resources of the Center proposes, by means of this Call for expressions of interest on behalf of the Client, to draw up a short list of qualified service providers entitled to tender for the Master's Degree Work on the electrification of the BIDJONG-MEKOUM-ZALON / NGUIDA-SSO axis (phase 1 and following).

This solicitation is aimed at selecting companies to participate in the restricted invitation to tender to carry out the project implementation of the electrification work on the BIDJONG-MEKOUM-ZALON / NGUIDA-SSO axis (Phase 1 And following).

It will be necessary to carry out daily descents on the site, to ensure compliance with the construction standards of the single- and three-phase average and low-voltage power lines and to produce a report at the end of each phase of the projects.

Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope and sealed to the Secretariat of the Regional Water resources and Energy Delegation of the Center no later than 25 JAN 2016 with the mention:

Request for Expressions of Interest Notice No. 001 / AAMI / MINEE / SG / DRE-EC for the selection of contractors to carry out the project for the electrification of the BIDJONG-MEKOUM- ZALON / NGUIDA-SSO (phase 1 and following).

Candidates must provide the following documents:

IV.2. The list and qualifications of key personnel for the mission

The candidate will provide a list of the key personnel for the mission and justify that these personnel have been continuously employed for at least one year within the candidate structure (provide photocopies of the employment contracts of the said staff, as well as signed and dated CVs The interested parties).

  IV.3. Technical and material means

The candidate will have to justify logistical means (equipment and equipment) enabling him to follow up a rural electrification project. It will specify in its file the plan of location of its structure.

IV.4. Authorization to verify declarations

CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION OF RECORDS

Files will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

• Similar references over the last four years (50%);

• Organizational structure and key personnel of the candidate (25%);

• Materials and Equipment (25%)
