Within the framework of the 2022 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Muyuka Council launches a Request for Quotation.
The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications
The estimated costs of the supplies after preliminary studies is 80,000,000 FCFA
The supply is in one lot;
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.
Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2022 financial year. Budget head No: 56 27 100 02 641938 524415
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this request for quotation, at the Muyuka Council Office, as soon as this notice is published.
The file may be obtained from the Muyuka Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of: 50,000 FCFA, payable at Muyuka Municipal Treasury.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is Sixty (60) Days.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list of banks on page 47 of this tender file of an amount of 1,600,000 FCFA
NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 02/09/2022 at 9:00am local time by the Muyuka Council Tenders Board in the Muyuka Conference Hall, located at the Muyuka Council Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);
It has any fake or forged document; Absence of any quantified unit price.
Noncompliance with the model bid documents.
Absence of the manufacturer's prospectus and manual
Absence of license or authorization from the manufacturer
