The provisional delivery deadline per lot provlded for by the Contracling Authorîty shall be Fifteen (15) months. including the possible constraints related to the site situation such as accessibility and climate conditions, from the date of notification of service order to start works.
It is due to the bidder to propose in his offer a carrying out calendar that goes In the deadline indicated above.

The offers should be accompanied by a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance of an amount of 1% of the predicted amount of the project. that is A40 000 (Fourhundredfortythousand) CFA Francs.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first Brate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance of an amount of 2 % of the predicted amount, valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of bid-opening, that is 4AG 000 (Four hundred forty thousand) CFA Francs.
Under pain of being rejected, only originale or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative aulhorities (senior Divisionai Offlcers. Divisionat officers...) of the administrative documents required, including the bid bond, must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Spécial Conditions of the invitation to tender. They must obiigatory not be older than three months or must not be produced after the signing of the tender file.
Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be
declared inadmissible. Especially, the absence of a bid bond issued by a flrst-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer without any appeal being entertained.

The opening of the bids. which will take place in two stages, will initially open administrative and technical offers. followed in a second step by financial offers from tenderers who have obtained the minimum technical score of seventy (70) points out of a hundred (100).
The opening of administrative documents and technical tenders will take place on 16/09/2022 at 11 a.m., local time by the ABONG-MBANG internai Tender Board at ABONGMBANG.
Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a duly mandated personoftheirchoice
