. The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20.000.000FCFA.

PARTICIPATION is opened to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PIB of the 2017 financial year, Budget Head N°............................................ 

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the General Secretariat of Bangem Council during working hours from 7.30am-3.00pm

The complete tender file may be obtained from the office of the Secretary General Bangem Council Bangem upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting the payment of a non refundable sum of 35.000 FCFA at the Bangem Council Treasury.

FOR  THE CONSTUCTION OF A PASTORAL BORE HOLE WITH SOLAR ENERGY AT MUANENGUBA

The maximum period for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and recognized by COBAC featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of 400.0000FCFA

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 17/03/2017at 11 a.m in the Conference Hall of Bangem Council by the Competent Tender Board in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file. Costing of bids should be exclusive of value added taxes and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model tender if your bid is chosen.

ELIMINATORY CRITERIA

• Bids shall be rejected when:
• Absence of bid bond or any administrative document
• declaration or forged document
•  Absence of quantified unit price

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:

• Experience of supervisory staff  Yes/ No
• The enterprise is not currently executing fast year's project Yes/No
• Records of previous projects Yes/No
• The enterprise proof it has 50% of the offer to execute the contract Yes/No

NB: The marking scale for offers by award of points is banned in favor of the binary method (yes or no)

Bidders shah be bound by their bits for a period of 90 days with effeet from hc date,of opening of bids
