The exécution period provided by the Contracting Authority for the completion of the vyprks subject to this call for tenders is a maximum of three (03) months from the date of notification of the service order for the start of the works

Each tenderer nuist attach to its administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a FIRST-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and Whose list appears in Exhibit 12 of Ihe DAO, in an amount equal to four hundred and twenty thousand (420,000) CFA francs and valid for ninety (90) days beyond the original date of validity of the tenders.

On pain of rejection, the required documents in the administrative file must be -groduced in originals or in copies certified by the service issued by an administrative ;authority  in accordance with the stipulations of the Spécial Régulations of the Call for Tenders.
